By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms & conditions. These are designed to make sure everything is clear, fair, and stress-free for you.
01. Bookings & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after an advance payment (decided at the time of agreement).
- The remaining payment must be cleared on or before the event date.
- All payments are non-refundable, but we may adjust dates (subject to availability).
02. Event Planning & Services
- We will provide all agreed-upon services as mentioned in your final package.
- Any additional requests on the event day will be subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
- Decorations, props, and equipment are to be returned in the same condition after the event.
03. Client Responsibilities
- Please ensure venue permissions, electricity supply, and other basic arrangements are in place.
- Any government approvals (e.g., loud music/DJ permissions) are the client’s responsibility.
04. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is possible with prior notice of at least 7 days and is subject to availability.
05. Photos & Videos
- We may capture event photos/videos for our portfolio & promotions (unless you request in writing not to).
06. Liability
- While we take utmost care, Confetti Tales is not responsible for any personal injuries, property damage, or delays caused by situations beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, traffic).
07. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under Delhi jurisdiction.
